Mostapha El Oulhani is a French-Moroccan designer born in 1982 in Montreuil-sous-Bois (France). He calls himself "the itinerant designer". His dual culture helps him to combine both universes to feed the numerous projects he undertakes. He has been pursuing a research work on social, economic and environmental challenges that art, industrial design and craftwork are raising. He considers those elements as an important part of a long-term evolution of our society.
Since he completed his degree in Industrial design in 2006 at ENSCI Les Ateliers (Paris), Mostapha El Oulhani has been collaborating with major brands and prestigious design studios. In 2007, he co-founded the communication agency Widoo and started his close collaboration with the furniture brand Dar en Art.
As the winner of two Via projects support and of the Magis design contest he had the opportunity to exhibit at the Centre Pompidou, the Decorative Arts museum in Paris, the Design Center in Marseille, the Design Biennale in Saint-Etienne.
Mostapha El Oulhani is currently industrial designer in the Michelin Technology Center in Clermont-Ferrand.
